How do I request a business account?

Are prices excluding VAT?

Yes. Business accounts see and order at prices excluding VAT. Your invoice lists 21% VAT separately, or VAT reverse-charged for valid EU trade.

Do you deliver via dropshipping?

Yes. We ship parts directly and in neutral packaging to your webshop or workshop customer, so you do not need to keep your own stock.

What is the delivery time for trade orders?

Ordered before 16:00 and in stock means shipped as quickly as possible — usually delivered in 1-3 working days. Made-to-order items typically follow in 3 to 5 working days; your dedicated contact confirms the date.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no hard minimum for a business account. Volume pricing gets more attractive as your volume grows; for large or recurring orders we are happy to make a tailored quote.

What about warranty and returns (RMA)?

Your dedicated contact handles warranty and RMA requests. Defective or wrongly delivered parts are replaced free of charge; report it by email with your order number and a photo.
