Frequently asked questions
How do I know whether a part fits my fatbike?
Choose your brand and model and we show the parts available for it. Every part lists its specifications (such as connector, voltage or size) so you can compare for yourself. In doubt? Compare the specifications or ask us — and you always have the right of return.
How fast is my order delivered?
As soon as we have confirmed your order we ship as quickly as possible — our aim is within 1 working day. Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1 to 3 working days. You receive a track & trace code by e-mail as soon as the parcel is on its way. Shipping costs are € 4,95; from € 50,- we ship for free.
Can I return a part?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Report your return by email and you will receive the return address and instructions. The full purchase amount is refunded within 14 days. Read the full procedure on Shipping & returns.
How can I pay?
Payment is handled securely by our payment provider. You only pay after we have confirmed the fit, price and stock of your order.
I received a wrong or defective part. What now?
Email a photo of the part and the shipping label to hallo@rideparts.nl. We will send the correct part or a replacement free of charge and cover the return costs.
Do you also sell tuning kits?
No, deliberately not. Tuned fatbikes are not allowed on public roads and are uninsured. We only sell maintenance parts and accessories that keep your fatbike riding safely and legally. More about this on About RideParts.
